Shop Refunds & Returns Policy

  • Before returning any goods please email us at service@rennlens.com and we will send you a returns number.
  • The customer must meet the cost of carriage to return correctly supplied goods.
  • Unwanted goods returned within 30 days will be refunded or exchanged for goods of the same value.
  • Unwanted goods returned after 30 days can be exchanged for goods of the same value.
  • Returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging, unless faulty.
  • Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is your responsibility to check that the parts are correct for your vehicle before fitting.
  • The above applies to sales executed online through our shop. 

Lens Replacement Terms

  • As climates and vehicle use will vary, we recommend the use of PPF to preserve the lens over the longer term.
  • Rennlens will not be responsible for any damage caused by either the fitting of or removal of PPF applied by Third Parties post-repair. 
  • RENNLENS is not liable for any damage to headlights, bulbs, ballasts or control units, incurred during self removal of headlights and headlight components, packing, unboxing, re-installation of components or installation of renewed headlights.
  • We recommend that customers ship their headlights with insurance to cover them in the event of loss or damage during transit. 
  • Renewed headlight lenses are warranted against lacquer peel, cracking and crazing for a period of 12 months, excluding damage incurred accidents or stone chips (wear and tear) . Any warranty claims will require photographic or video evidence.
  • All headlights feature venting to assist in climate, cooling and humidity control. Temporary fogging is normal in cold and damp conditions, or after the car as been washed. More details can be found in the attached Porsche Technical Service Bulletin (TSB).

When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email Marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
