Core Exchange Overview & Eligibility
Our Core Exchange Programme allows customers to exchange their headlights for a refurbished pair we hold in stock, ideal for those looking to get back on the road as quickly as possible. We also offer a rebate on each order compared to our standard lens replacement service.
Note: We can only accept lights for exchange when damage is limited to the lens only. If you are unsure whether your lights qualify, get in touch using the contact form linked at the top of the page.
How To Order Your Repair
When you are ready to order, select your model from the product list below and click ‘options & start order’.
This will take your through to our Core Exchange Order Form and Product Guide. The order form allows you to choose the specification of headlight you require, any protection or customisation options you wish to select and the overall price.
Once we have received your details, we will respond with instructions on how to package and send your lights to us. Once your headlights have been received, they will undergo a same-day inspection to ensure they qualify for exchange. We will also issue our invoice for payment.
Your exchange lights will be released for delivery on the next working day (tracked and insured).
